Left Field Logic, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates Speedcheck ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information. The App does not require you to create an account or provide any personal details.

Speed test results and related data are generated and stored entirely on your device. If you have iCloud enabled for the App, your data may be synced across your devices using Apple's iCloud service. We do not have access to any data stored on your device or in your iCloud account.

2. Information Collected by Third Parties

The App uses Cloudflare's network infrastructure to perform speed tests. When you run a speed test, your device communicates directly with Cloudflare's servers. Cloudflare may collect technical information such as your IP address as part of performing the speed test. This data collection is governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

If you use iCloud to sync your data, Apple may collect information in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy.

We do not integrate any analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs into the App.

3. Data Storage and Security

All speed test results are stored locally on your device using Apple's standard data storage mechanisms. If iCloud sync is enabled, your data is stored in your private iCloud container, which is encrypted and managed by Apple. We cannot access, read, or modify your data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share any user data with third parties. Since we do not collect any data, there is no data for us to share.

5. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since no personal data is collected, the App is suitable for use by individuals of all ages.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data. Since we do not collect or store any personal data, these rights are effectively satisfied by default. Your locally stored data can be deleted at any time by removing the App from your device. iCloud data can be managed through your Apple Account settings.

7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, whether it is sold or disclosed, and to access your information. We do not collect, sell, or disclose any personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act.

8. European Privacy Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation. Since we do not collect or process any personal data, no legal basis for processing is required, and your GDPR rights are inherently satisfied.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document and notify you through the App or other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
